Jordan and his team are all very professional and helpful. Did a terrific job of installing our Zappi charger. Lee did a very neat and tidy installation, routing cables very carefully. Every one turned up on time and were a pleasure to deal with. Their YouTube videos were very helpful in deciding what we needed and getting together the information needed for Jordan to prepare his quote.All in all I’m very happy to recommend their services.

I've had Jordan, Andy, Cory and Lee from Artisan over for several jobs over the past year to do some fault-finding and an EICR, new consumer units, replacing/fitting a few lights, switches & sockets, an outdoor security camera install, smart under-floor heating controllers, etc. Each time they've been easy to get hold of, communicated well, on-time, polite, tidy and generally very helpful. As you can see I'm happy to use them again and gladly recommend them.

Artisan did a nice job for us. This was a tricky installation because the cables had to be run underground for thirty metres or so to a remote location on a wall where we park our cars. They installed an Andersen charge point for our Tesla Model 3 and, because of the distance from the house, they had to install an external repeater for the Wi-Fi so that we could communicate with both the car and the charger. The crew were pleasant and fun to work with and were very professional. The dog checked them out when they arrived and declared them to be OK.

Engaged Artisan Electrics for a multi-phase project which will end up with Solar, battery, EV charger, new consumer unit, replacement smoke/CO alarms and full EICR. EICR, Smoke/CO and upgraded consumer unit now completed. Cory led the team in the work and they are polite, clean, respectful, neat & tidy, trustworthy and communicative. We are looking forward to the next phase and eventually in about 5 months the solar installation. Nothing negative to say and would recommend to any homeowner who wants confidence in their electricity installation safety. Nice job Artisan Electrics.

Very impressed by the way Cory searched for the best way of hiding the cables to the charger rather than the taking the easiest and quickest option. Very professional in approach, but also friendly and was great to see how he tidied and cleared everything up before he left. An excellent job all-round and would recommend to others.

From the moment I contacted Jordan and the team I felt like the company cared for their customers. The process of getting a quote to having the installation certificate issued has been a pleasure to deal with. They contacted me the week before the install to make sure everything was still ok . The day of the install i go a text to apologies they were running 5 minutes late. Corey was polite and took care of my property like it was his home, He checked to make sure what he was going to do was as we wanted. Cleaned up as he went along and made sure he did not impact the neighbours in any way. The invoice was as expected and made easy to pay for by credit card online. Not sure I have dealt with a more professional Electricians before. Incredible job thank you

I recently purchased some new smart-switches and Cory from Artisan Electrics came to install them alongside some deeper boxes. Cory was highly proffessional, answered my never ending supply of questions, and did an absolutely cracking job. Would recommend Artisan Electrics to anyone that needs very competent electricians in the Cambridgeshire area - not that they need my recommendation, their YouTube channel speaks for itself!

Really pleased with the new consumer unit and outdoor power supply installed by Andrew from Artisan Electrics. All communication was professional and efficient, and it's clear they take pride in what they do - a couple of previously messy bits of wiring could have been left as they were, but were tidied up at no extra cost.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Artisan or use their services again.

Artisan Electrics are superb. We had an urgent, complex job in a listed building needing renovation. From the moment we called them with the enquiry they were helpful, supportive and responsive. They arrived on site to make the property electrically safe, within 2 hours of us taking ownership and stayed for 4 hours until the job was done, providing advice and reassurance throughout. Amazing service, highly recommended.

Chris from Artisan Electrics installed new LED lights in our living room and study room as well as replacement of a pendant light in the kitchen. I have to say that he did an amazing job and was very friendly. We are very happy with the quality of his work and would highly recommend this company !

Contacted Artisan needing diagnosis of repeated ground fault trips. They did a comprehensive job of diagnosis (measuring and injecting ground faults using the proper kit) which revealed that we needed to upgrade the whole consumer unit. They then scheduled this and completed it in a day, as promised, to a very high standard. They returned another day to complete full circuit testing of the whole house. Very impressed with their knowledge and attitude.

Artisan Electrics fitted my Zappi charger in November, and I was very impressed with their work , so I asked for the addition of a CT ( current transformer ) to compliment MyEnergi app after I had solar panels installed. As before, I am very pleased with their work and consultation. I can highly recommend them. It is obvious that they love what they are doing and take pride in their work. Top guys!

The service was exceptionally professional from start to finish. The quotation for the work was provided very quickly and it was easily to get questions answered in advance of the work. The electrician was bang on time each day and did the work to a very high standard. He was courteous, tidy and pleasant. I did not get other quotes, so can't comment on the value of the service, but I am very happy indeed with the work performed.

After seeing the great workmanship from Jordan in the YouTube channel, I did not hesitate to book Artisan Electrics at all. I couldn't find any one else that had as much passion for what they do. The end result of the Zappi EV charger installation was very professional and tidy. I highly recommend these guys for all your electrical needs!

Jordan did a splendid job installing my zappi car charger. Dead on time everything was as described and quoted. The work was done to an exceptional standard and the material used are also of an extremely high quality. If like me you worry about what you are going to get you can watch his you tube channel and get a flavor of the quality of his work, for me this really put my mind at rest. The level of detail and neatness is staggering and a breath of fresh air. With Artisan Electrics you really do get what you pay for, a high-quality professional installation I can’t recommend Jordan enough. Thank you!

We are very happy with the quality of the work done, which was to replace an original 1962 fuse box and a separate newer one with an all metal 17th Edition consumer unit, plus carrying out the required safety check. All done very tidily in a day.
